I see an ad for Masterbond flame resistant epoxy in one of my tech magazines. Says it meets UL 94V-0 specifications. I see nothing about meeting E-84 though. Product is EP21FRNS-2.

Not willingly. You will have to look at the formula which is a 3D organic bond. My guess is that is probably very similar to other or used in outdoor furniture. Worst case scenario for info start with the MaterialSafetyDataSheet which is required public knowledge. MSDS.com
